Return Policy
30-Day policy
We have a 30-day online order return policy that applies to majority of the items available for purchase. Items must be in unworn and brand new condition, with original tags. We carefully inspect all returns to look for signs that it was worn. Any stains or odors on the item will result in the return being rejected and no refund will be issued. Open packages with care. We will not accept any items that were damaged while being opened.

Change your mind? If you aren't satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30-days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

Original delivery fees will only be refunded if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

Personalized items are not eligible for return unless the item is received as defective.

You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. It can take 5-10 days for funds to be back in your account after a refund.

Refunds, credits, and balances due
As soon as we receive your return, you will be notified via email. Your card should be credited within 10 days of the date you received the email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
defective items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective item please contact us at gamedaygearco@gmail.com.
damaged items
If an order arrived to you with obvious shipping damage then please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and find shipping damage please contact us at gamedaygearco@gmail.com.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
limits of responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage, and/or loss or parts incurred during operation or use of product.
price and/or description changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
Orders for products with inadvertent pricing errors may be cancelled at the discretion of GameDay Gear.

personalized products
Due to the specific nature of any personalized items produced by GameDay Gear or its partners, personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds. In the event that a personalized item order is placed and the item is received damaged or defective, contains errors, or was misrepresented, please contact us at gamedaygearco@gmail.com.
