Returns/exchanges
returning an online order
We have a 30-day online order return policy that applies to majority of the items available for purchase. Items must be in unworn and brand new condition, with original tags. We carefully inspect all returns to look for signs that it was worn. Any stains or odors on the item will result in the return being rejected and no refund will be issued. Open packages with care. We will not accept any items that were damaged while being opened.

Change your mind? If you aren't satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30-days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

Original delivery fees will only be refunded if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

Personalized items are not eligible for return unless the item is received as defective.

You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. It can take 5-10 days for funds to be back in your account after a refund.

Once you place an order your order begins processing and cannot be changed or canceled. When you receive your order you may return your item for a refund, pending compliance with our return policy conditions, which you can review here.
defective items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective item please contact us at gamedaygearco@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you need to an exchange a qualified item, contact us and provide the issue with your current order and make sure to include the order information.
wrong or defective item
In the event you receive an item that was defective or not the item that was ordered, please take a picture of the item you received, then email us about the order. Make sure to send the image of the item received, the original order information, and specify the item you originally ordered and we'll follow-up with you within three business days to satisfy your concerns.
