Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment
Orders placed on our site are fulfilled by various providers, depending on available stock and materials. Once an order has been placed, we expect it to be fulfilled and shipped out within three days of the processed order, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Due to orders being fulfilled by various providers, it is not uncommon for order items to arrive separately. Custom order items may require additional time for processing due to the customization process and mock-up approvals that may be required.

Shipping options may vary depending on the provider responsible for processing the order. Most providers offer regular shipping standards with order items expected to arrive within 5-7 business days of order placement. Expedited shipping options may be available depending upon the location of the provider and their preferred shipping method. Expeditated orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days of order placement.
*these standards do not apply to customized orders.
Tracking numbers will be assigned to every order after it has been shipped. If the items are shipped separately from various providers, tracking numbers will be assigned for each item.
